    How we run it

    We start by watching how the work gets done now and where the hours go. Then we map the architecture: how the agents, your data and your tools fit together, so each new piece connects to what is already there. We build the smallest agent or automation that gives those hours back, wire it into your email, Slack, Notion or store, and let your team use it for a week. We change it based on what happens, then keep it running and fix it when something breaks. A person signs off anything that goes to a customer.
